Gas and Nerve Pain

I’m exactly 4 weeks pregnant and I’m having gas pain, and shocking nerve pain. It’s not really painful, but it aches, and it come and goes!

Is this only me or Is this normal? I’ve had an ectopic pregnancy before so I’m just worried.
