17 & just finding out I’m pregnant

Hello , I am 17 & I’m literally just finding out Friday September 20th that I’m pregnant I was 5 days late on my period but didn’t really have any symptoms other then tender breast , I told my mom as soon as I found out & she’s very disappointed & wants me to get an abortion or maybe adoption , I know if my grandmother were still alive she would want me to keep it & im thinking about it but I’m scared to because I have no idea what I would be doing .. she said she’s praying the pregnancy test was a fake positive or that I miscarry but I took two & they are both very dark & solid lines , I’m hoping she makes the appointment with my doctor but i know she really doesn’t want this for me & I just don’t know what to do
