Am I pregnant ?

I’m currently 7dpo. I have shooting pains in my breast on and off , metallic taste in mouth for past 3 days , cramping like pains in my pelvis are mostly on left side , and spit my coffee out in pure disgust this morning ( that mess was gross and I always get the same coffee ) , and started peeing a bit more frequently. I know it’s early to tell but I just feel sooo different the last couple days.
