Baby stuff

Ladies when you started shopping for your little one(s) what did you start off getting? I'm 20 week's today and we don't have anything yet. Our son is bigger than the normal sized baby so it's hard for us and other people to buy clothes for him right now so we have to put a pin in that for right now and just focus on other stuff. What should we start off shopping for? Small stuff, we are gonna work our way up to the bigger stuff the further along I get
