Help me pls

I got two positives over two days. on a ovulation kit we had sex every other day the whole of this month then it come to the two days that said I have a positive ovulation test, and then the day after, the line started to fade and fade and fade so we didn’t have sex as we thought okay now we’re getting negatives maybe it’s been and gone, but now I’ve got pains (period like) have I ovulated later but still got negative tests? Have I missed it by not having Sex the last day?
