Medication in first few weeks

I’m very confused/concerned and cant find any good info when googling so Im hoping others have maybe had a similar experience and can shed some light.

I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant and should be 5 weeks today. I realized that during what the timeframe circled i toom the medication shown in the picture. could this have been harmful? i probably took the recommended dosage approximately 6 times during that timeframe. I also used the Afrin nasal spray on several occasions.

Should I be concerned and is there such thing as having taken it early enough in the pregnancy that it couldnt be harmful? Anything is helpful - thanks in advance!
