Low grade fever 10 days PP **UPDATE: ER**

I’ve had a temp of 99-99.6 all day today. Anything to worry about? I feel tired but that’s par for the course now. My face is warm but it’s 90* where I live today, and I’m a little dizzy but also was walking around a bit and busy today. Hard to tell if I should make a fuss about it and go to ER or if this is normal. My midwife never gives great advice when I call for something, it’s always, “Go to the hospital if you think it’s bad.”

*Update: I ended up going to the ER around 9pm and getting admitted. By then I was still feverish at home and had been getting a consistently worsening pelvic pressure/pain. I had a fever of 101 here, and an ultrasound and bloodwork showed uterine fluid build-up and swelling with diagnosis of endometritis. I’m to stay admitted getting rounds of IV antibiotics every 6 hours until I’m 24 hours fever-free. My fever first went away around 5AM so I’m hoping I’ll be out by tmrw morning at the latest. Can’t believe I’m away from my little girl like this already ☹️ the only positive is I can catch up a little on sleep while I’m here. Ugh. Thanks for urging me to take it seriously, ladies!!
