Anything you get from the grocery store is pasteurized for the most part. Especially a Boars Head product

No cheese cultures do not mean pasteurized. Cheese cultures refers to the bacteria strains added to the cheese to make the cheese. Typically a product will say pasteurized whole milk in the ingredients. But with that being said anything you buy in a store has to be pasteurized unless clearly labeled that it isn’t.
