Bf and video games?

My boyfriend will play video games 5 days out of the week to all hours of the night and play for more than 6+ hours at a time and whenever I ask him if he’ll get off soon since it’s been 6+ hours of him just gaming and me just sitting there behind him he always gets super pissy and kinda yells that “he never gets to do anything he wants” and I’m so controlling. He comes home from work and plays video games every night and rarely go out. Would this bother you or am i just being extra??

My fiancé is kinda the same. We eat dinner together every night and watch tv and talk about work for an hour or two before he gets on his game. He will then play for 4 or 5 hours. On the weekends he will start playing when he wakes up and then will get off around noonish and we will go get lunch and run errands and then when we get back he will get back on. I usually catch up on shows or cleaning or whatever while he plays. He also talks to me in between matches. 
Just try to have a talk with him and tell him why it bothers you. My fiancé was like your BF for the longest until I talked to him and so now we’ve compromised on it.

My partner games alll the time. I do too sometimes. I’m not complaining cus I don’t need him up on my ass 24/7. We live together and it gives us our own space. I do other things for myself while he’s playing .

My SO play Tuesday through Friday 5-10 streaming on twitch and almost always ends up playing for an hour or two the days he doesn’t stream. It doesn’t bother me 🤷🏼‍♀️
