So my acne has been getting pretty bad but recently kind of clearing up. I woke up this morning and all of these bumps just formed on my forehead. I’m kind of freaking out and I don’t know what that means or what to stop doing. Does it look like irritation bumps or stress or oils? Or what could the sudden cause of these be? My acne is really sucking my confidence out of me lately all around my chin and mouth and now these are popping (normally don’t break out here)
