How long could you last without sex

Okay so my aunt got separated from her husband like 15 years ago when I was little and since then hasn’t had any serious relationship with no one like I’m not able to last that long with out having sex like I wonder how do some women it without having sex for years like for me it’s really hard I feel like not having sex with my husband for a week or two weeks is a lot when I don’t have sex I feel moody not in a mood like sad sometimes and sex with my husband just puts me in a good mood I feel like we have a stronger connection
