Help please

So I have a question normally when I start my period I bleed heavy this time it’s very light I am having cramps but could this possibly be implantation? Yes I had my first baby April 3rd and we are trying again because I want them close in age. But with my first I thought I was having two periods like I do maybe 2 times a year was working 12s and thought I was having a kidney stone and went to the ER and they said I was pregnant after trying for 4 1/2 years we was so happy. I just don’t want get my hopes up if it’s not.

Update I’m laying in bed And the cramps are stronger
