So I found out I was pregnant and didn’t tell anyone at first. About 3 weeks later a family friend said that she was pregnant. I was like “awesome, I don’t have to go through this pregnancy alone”(meaning that I’ll have another pregnant person with a close due date as mine and we can rant about pregnancy together.) So about a month ago my mom asked me if I had seen any of her ultrasounds or even a pregnancy test. I hadn’t. My mom told me this wouldn’t be the first pregnancy she faked. It would be the 3rd or 4th. I started thinking about it and realized how a lot of things didn’t add up. She’s a very showy person. She would be showing off things like ultrasounds and little things like that. She would also be considered high risk because of her health problems which would result in more ultrasounds. When it came time for the anatomy scan that’s when things really started seeming off. She’s a very impatient person but is waiting an entire month to do the gender reveal. Plus she wouldn’t show us the profile pic ultrasounds. Plus her due date is almost 2 full months after mine but she found out only 3 weeks after me. Even at the earliest her due date would have fallen no more than a month after mine. I was 5 weeks when she told me. If it showed up on a pregnancy test she would have been about 2 weeks pregnant by then. I’m really hoping that there is a real baby
