Cold sores with a newborn.

I just developed TWO cold sores on my top and bottom lip yesterday... I haven’t gotten them since before I got pregnant (my son is 3 weeks old) and now I am panicking because I’m worried it’s going to transmit to him. I haven’t kissed him since before the sores came about. I strictly breastfeed too. Please I need some reassurance or something because my anxiety is through the roof. Please don’t judge. I got them my whole life.
