Potentially teething?

I'm a ftm, my son is nearly 11 weeks and has started chewing/biting frantically on his hands and my nipples (ebf). He has also started drooling alot, do you think he is teething?

The symptoms can begin weeks or months before the appearance of a tooth. My 1st son started drooling buckets full 2 months before a tooth showed up.

my little guy is exactly the same, he’s 11w3d. i’ve had a look in his mouth and i can’t see any teeth! and he doesn’t seem to be in pain, he just really loves his hands! 😬😐

It’s possible he’s starting the process my son is 12 weeks old and chews on his hand me his toys anything that can go to his mouth he’s chewing it
