Bed bugs???

We found one bed bug in our house about 2 weeks ago, in our kids’ room. My husband killed it. Since then we have washed everything in hot water and dried it on high, vacuumed all the mattresses and carpets, and put everything we washed in giant ziploc bags. We put bedbug covers on the mattresses. None of us have any bed bug bites. I want to start putting their clothes back in their dresser because it’s utter chaos with their clothes in bags. Do you think it’s safe by this point? We had an exterminator over but they weren’t able to confirm if we had them or not, there were no other signs apart from the one we killed. They suggested it may have been a hitchhiker that hadnt had a chance to breed.

If I put their clothes back, would it be worth spraying their dresser with something like this be worth spraying?
