Implantation bleeding?

Has anyone experienced implantation bleeding? I had some blood yesterday that I thought was the start of my period. Today, nothing.

I’m extremely concerned about being prego right now bc I’ve been taking Prilosec for about a month due to extreme acid reflux. Which, before all the comments start about acid reflux due to pregnancy, I had my period the previous month so I ruled that out prior to taking the Prilosec.
