Did you wear underwear during labor👀

Super weird question and probably doesn’t make sense. But you know during pregnancy discharge increases soo much and for me at least if I’m not wearing underwear it will drip down my leg or something
I’m guessing the answer is no but still wondering. If you had anything on under the gown

No. They tell you to take off everything since they do keep checking you.

Nope, but they put an absorbent pad underneath to catch any wetness. When I was induced they broke my water and i was just leaking everywhere for the next few hours, but the pad on the bed did a great job of absorbing everything.

You won’t be wearing any because they need to keep checking your cervix. Trust me, it won’t matter once you’re there... although I know it can be uncomfortable. When they broke my water I was just laying in it for so long it was so gross lol

At my hospital they had me put on mesh panties once I was admitted

No they make you take everything off besides a bra once you’re admitted

They had me take mine off as soon as I put on the gown so they could check dilation.  And then my water broke, so underwear would've been useless at that point😂
