Severe lower back pain !! Help 😭😭
I have been having severe lower back pain for almost an hour (since 5pm MST). And it’s not going away. No cramping or anything else, just major lower back pain.
Husband rubbed it a bit and felt better, but did not go away.
What can I do to help it? Is it pre term labour? FTMI’m 37 weeks.
