How many cycles until you conceived baby number two?

Mainly for moms who naturally spaced their kiddos (I.e. maybe extended nursed and didn’t use contraception, got their cycle back and conceived again).

We waited until my son turned two, I wasn't on any birth control at all, I was breastfeeding at night only though, period had returned to normal when my son was 14 months old. His birthday was Oct 3rd, I was supposed to ovulate Oct 6th, got pregnant that first cycle. Conception date was set at Oct 8th. So it only took us that first cycle. But keep in mind I had been tracking my cycle for six months before that first month of trying, so my ovulation calculator was likely pretty accurate.

Had my daughter 4 years ago. Had major surgery last year and had to wait a year before pregnancy. Got my uid out in February and was pregnant by April. Good luck to you!

I got pregnant with #1 almost immediately (pregnant after 2nd full cycle). When she turned 2, we decided to try again. Got pregnant almost immediately (3-4 cycles). Lost that baby by 6weeks. It then took a full year and a PCOS diagnosis to conceive again. Now 15+1 and due date is almost exactly what it was last year.

My first took 6 years, 2 losses, many lifestyle changes and a round of clomid. After having her I got my period back regular after pp bleeding stopped. I was breastfeeding. We weren’t trying but not preventing. Got pregnant from sex once in December- my first was 6/7 months old. They are now 16 months old and 2 weeks old 😊

We used condoms for the first year since I had a csection, then stopped preventing November 2017. Officially stopped breastfeeding February 2018. Got pregnant March/April 2019.
