I got diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15, after not having my period for over a year I was put on birth control which eventually regulated it for me, once I stopped birth control once again, a year without my period. I’d go months to a YEAR without having my period and it would last for 7 days, with unimaginable cramps!! I put away birth control and stumbled upon this, after reading all of the reviews I decided to give it a try, I finished one bottle of the Myo-inositol, and now I’m on my second bottle, after having an irregular period ( bleeding for three months) I just got my period today. I stopped taking my birth control in August, and started taking this as soon as I quit cold turkey. September 23rd I’m on my period, with the lightest cramping ever, and very little bleeding. While on birth control I’d have cramps that were a 10/10, with super heavy bleeding. I’m trying to conceive and hopefully these will help me !!
