Not sure if I’m pregnant?

I’m seven days late from my period. I’ve been nauseous but not throwing up, have had tender breast, heart burn a week ago, bloating, bigger appetite, and I took a test but it was negative. My boyfriend really believes I’m pregnant. I think I might be but idk. All the symptoms I’m having with exception of heartburn, bloating and nauseous, I get when I’m about to get my period. So that’s why I can’t tell. I was thinking of taking another test in a week. And if it’s still negative I have an appointment on the 3rd to see. But am I pregnant?
