What will I see at my scan!?

I have a scan booked for the 10th October because I have a history of recurrent miscarriage, and I’m wondering if it’s too early to see anything.... I will be just under 5 weeks from conception if I’ve used my OPKs properly!

I had a scan once before when I was told baby was fine because we saw a sac, but nothing else then at my dating scan it was found I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks and I’m so scared of it happening again.

What should I expect to see at this time?
