How do you move on from a guy that treats you like shit but apologize afterwards. I'm soooo attached to his daughter and it's one of the main reasons why it's hard for me to leave. Her heart will break and so will mines. I'll miss her soooo much.

Break up with him, but of his daughter is old enough to understand (depending on maturity 6/7+) explain to her that things didn’t work out with you and her dad and you’re not the one for him, but you still care for them both and love her. 
Honestly I would tell her if she ever needs something to call you - i don’t know if she knows has a mom or other mother figure she looks up too, but since you are close I’d just make sure she knows you’re not trying to “break up “ with her too
