Cramping and spotting after orgasm!

Ladies! I’m 5w4d and since I found out I’ve only orgasmed twice. The first time I had some intense cramping after the orgasm. The second time I had super light spotting and slight cramping for the rest of the day. The spotting only lasted for one wipe and it was super light and only about two dots. But now I’m like terrified to orgasm!! I don’t like the symptoms that come after 😫 they terrify me! Anyone else experiencing this?
