Anyone not have hospital bags packed???

35+3 and haven't packed our bags yet. I feel like we still have so long to go! Swing isnt set up, bouncy seat still in the box, carseat is still in the box. I dont even really have a diaper bag lol. I was planning to share one between new baby and my 2 yo so I'll have to find something to use for baby at the hospital. I'm also planning to pack extremely light for the hospital. I spent so much time last pregnancy and didnt use over half of what I packed. This time will be bare minimum. When is everyone planning on putting things together??
