Mom friends

How do you go about making mom friends?? I have a couple friends that are moms but they made their own friends and I’m just feeling kind of lonely lately

I have a 2 year old and a 8 week old and at my sons birthday only 2 other kids showed up and those are the ones whose moms never want to hang out because they have other friends they’re always with

I feel bad for my 2 year old because I want him to have lots of friends 😭

Anyways how do you go about it? I’m very shy and anxious over everything :/
