Not feeling confident

So I recently came off of my birth control the pill the latest is possible that they can give me just to regulate my. It wasn’t for other reasons this is month to nowBut I have been off of it and I’m should be coming up on period But I didn’t have one last month and I’m a little worried my test came back negative anyhow but I have fertility issues and I am extremely confused so if somebody could kind of enlighten me a little bit that would be awesome
