Possible very faint line... super bad back ache and occasional cramps- early pregnancy symptoms?

Anyone have a super bad Lower back ache and occasional cramps as a very early pregnancy symptom?

I tested this morning and maybe saw a very very faint line around the 10 min mark. Will test again in a few days but of course wondering what’s going on.

I’ve never had this as pms symptoms before.

I’m a few days late according to my period trackers but still getting my cycle back on track. Went off BC pills 4 wks ago to try to get my cycle regular (was having breakthrough bleeding even with the pill).
