Ex is crazy

My ex is threatening every guy I talk to saying if he can’t have me no one can. In the relationship I couldn’t have friends whether guy or girl. He is threatening to hurt any guy around me. Planning on stalking me basically. Is there anything I can do about this? It’s just so hard because I didn’t have a dad and I want my child to have her dad. When I was sleeping one night he went through my phone and took pictures of numbers and anything else to use against me. I am working on getting my own place but he was abusing me in every way possible even cleaning out my bank account I have nothing!
