So I have a scheduled c-section @ 39 weeks . But what happens if she comes before that on her own do I still have my c-section or will they let me have her vaginaly ?

So you have a have a the date and everything but if baby comes earlier you go into labor sooner before the date they are still going to give you a c-section no matter what

You still have a c section. If you go into labor before scheduled date, you still go to L&D and tell them you have a c section scheduled for whatever date but you think you’re in labor, and they’ll get you all set up and call your dr

I have a scheduled c-section and I talked to my doctor about if I go into labor prior to it. She said to come in and they’d do the c-section... however I also signed paperwork for their lawyers or whatever saying I understand the risks of a vbac so I now have the choice to go either way! I would talk to your doctor in case signing paperwork plays a factor or if they even do vbacs.

Why are you scheduled for a c-section in the first place? If you want to vbac, that’s something you need to talk to your doctor about. If they don’t recommend one, then if you go into labor early they will do your c-section at that time.
