Slightly low blood pressure ???

So I’m a pretty tiny person, I know sometimes low blood pressure is normal for small people. But I’m not sure if this is something Hormonal or what ... recently I had a doctor visit and my blood pressure was a little low .. and then a couple days ago I was in the ER from an ovarian cyst ... and I noticed again that my blood pressure was a little low . In nothing super bad, but before my cycle I get really weak and light headed and sometimes when I’m ovulating same thing.. does anyone else struggle with low blood pressure from hormones ??
