Dream of being dumped?

So recently me and my boyfriend have been kinda back and forth about certain things and it’s been a little rocky but other days we are really happy with each other. Last night i had two dreams. One was where i was with someone who resembled him but wasn’t him and they broke up with me and i was very upset in my dream. The next one was him texting me that we should just be friends. I woke up crying because i cant see myself without him. Does anyone know what this could mean?
