Painful sex

Has anybody ever experienced pain and bleeding every time they have sex and been given any answers from the GP/Hospital? Mine has only started happening since I had my LG 3 years ago but it’s causing such a wedge in mine and my partners relationship as I’m not wanting sex due to it being so painful and the bleeding is horrendous? I’ve been to my GP who has referred me to hospital and I have an emergency app for in 2 weeks time?? TIA
