Sex before period

Hey guys I’m kind freaking out. Tell me if I should worry. I’m on bc but I’m also a recovering bulimic and take it on time everyday (I make sure to not throw up my pill) so I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom the 12th and 13th but on the 13th I got my period and as normal my period ended the 16th. I then started spotting brown or I had brown discharge the 21st or 22nd. Is it normal to have brown discharge after a week of your period? I don’t think I’m pregnant but my mom freaked me out when she said she still had bleeding throughout her pregnancy.
