Baby acne??

I know baby acne is totally normal but are there any ways to get it to clear up pretty quickly??

I'm using mustela micellar water and the creme that I ordered off Amazon. I just do it once a day and his skin looks so much better! Breast milk took away redness but still kept getting more break outs.

I used breastmilk and aquaphor. It seems to have worked great. It also helped clear out his cradle cap.

Second breastmilk! Really reduced the inflammation and got them to heal quickly. Baby still gets bumps, but they're tiny and clear in about two days
