Flu shot?

On my baby’s doctor’s website it says after 6 months they can get a flu shot yearly. Anyone planning on getting their baby one? I got it when i was pregnant with her

We will be getting the flu shot at my Little Bird's six month appointment next week. It's so important to vaccinate the people who can be to protect the people who can't. My Beloved has Primary Progressive MS, so no vaccinations for them. It's up to the rest of the population to keep them and other immunocompromised persons safe.

My LO got hers at her 6 month apt. She is daycare and we have caught everything else i didn’t want her to get this! And i am also getting one as well!

My son had his 6 month appointment on the day he turned 6 months. Got the vaccine that day. He’ll get the booster in about a month. He’s out and about a lot and I wanted to make sure he is protected as much as possible.

We don’t give the flu vaccination until 2 years in the uk. I had it when pregnant and hate relying on everyone else being vaccinated to ensure my little one is safe.

We just got the shot at her 6 month appointment- follow up one is in one month.  My oldest had the flu while I was giving birth to this one, and she wasn’t allowed near the baby it was horrible ( oldest did not get the flu shot) . Let’s just say it’s a definite yes in my house from

Yupp. She got hers today with her 6 month shots. I work in the medical field and with that and her in daycare and big sis at school-not taking any chances. My oldest was too young to get the flu shot and ended up in the hospital at 4 months old due to it.

I don’t personally ever get the flu shot, but I had them give it to my daughter at her 6mo appt the other day. I would CONSIDER her not getting it if she weren’t in daycare, but she is. Every day she’s around other kids who might have germs from who knows where.  She just had HFM, and I was a huge ball of stress....can’t even imagine if she had the actual flu 😫
