So I give birth in just 4 short weeks and I’m terrified of ripping. I know it can happen and I should just mentally prepare either way but it’s so nerve wracking. If you’ve ripped how do you feel afterwards? How long did it take for you to heal? And does it look the same after being sewn and healed as it did before?
