What’s the best way to handle this?

Ladies, I need some advice..

I’m involved with my ex that I work with, we’re not in anything serious- we’re just sleeping together.

Our breakup wasn’t messy or difficult, we just simply didn’t work as a couple. Here lately we’ve just been hooking up a couple times a week after work.

I usually only text him when I want to come over, but a couple days ago I texted him about coming up the following night and never got a response.

Later on that night I sent another message on Snapchat to gauge his reaction, he opened it and never responded. I feel like he’s trying to ignore me, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions..

I want to give him his space and be mature about the situation, if in fact maybe he just didn’t feel like talking that day or had something going to where he couldn’t text back.

When’s the right time to ask him about this? Should I just leave it alone and try to continue to make plans or cut my losses if he is actually ignoring me?
