5wk 4 days - Stomachache

Last week I had extreme nausea for 3 days and that went away. One of those says I had nausea and, so gross/TMI, diarrhea. So for about a week now I've had diarrhea off and on. I can't figure out what's causing. I've tired paying attention to foods I'm eating but can't figure it out. I am on hormones because of IVF however I've been on those well over a month.

Any advise/help would be appreciated. I can't even leave the house without having to go the bathroom. And work is rough with not private bathroom.
