Help, no sickness today
I am almost 7 weeks pregnant and have been pretty sick for over a week now. Yesterday was a particularly bad day but today nothing. I've never had this in previous pregnancies, im always pretty sick for weeks straight. I had a miscarriage in July so am now very anxious.
Has this happened to anyone else and its been ok? I'm not optimistic now 😩
