This might be a long shot but I’m wondering if anyone in this group has given birth at the LGI?

I had booking app 1 of 2 today ( process has changed since I had my son) and she said I need to decide where I want have baby by my app next week as this will be where all my scans are etc.

I had my son at pinderfields and had the WORST experience. I’m not a dramatic person by any stretch but it was so bad that I feel physically sick driving past the place.

Explained this to the midwife today and she said my options were Calderdale or Leeds. Calderdale is about a 40 minute drive in good traffic from us so wouldn’t be my first choice. Therefore I just wondered if anyone has used LGI and can give me their feelings on it, bizarrely for living so close to Leeds I don’t actually know anyone who has had their baby there (or at least anyone who I want to know I’m pregnant yet) ☺️
