Do i have to be off BC to get my fertility tested?

Please give some advice. So I’ve been on birth control since I was like 14 and I’m 18 now. When I was 16 I got Chlamydia and developed Pelvic Inflammatory disease. When I was almost 18 I got Chlamydia AGAIN and got Cervicitis. Yes i realize I was irresponsible and stupid and trust me I learned my lesson, please no hate. Endometriosis and PCOS also runs in my family.
I am VERY worried about my fertility, because all 4 of those events that happened to me cause infertility. I have a stable boyfriend and we definitely want kids one day in the near future, like 23 probably. But if I have fertility issues I want to start trying earlier. And my mom told me they only test your fertility if you’re married and have been trying for two years? Is this true? Do I have to be off of my birth control to get tested?

Yes you need to be off birth control. Birth control's job is to prevent you from ovulating, so they can't see if you ovulate until you're off birth control. And they won't start testing you until you've been trying for 12 months without birth control (married or not) or 6 months if you are over 35. And typically insurance won't cover it.
The best thing to do is when you're ready to conceive, get off birth control and use an ovulation kit. Once you start to get your period again, start using the ovulation kit. If you don't ovulate for 2-3 months, that's a great place to start with your dr, because that's typically the first thing they'll try to figure out....are you ovulating. Also start a prenatal.

You do not have to be married but you do have to be trying for 12+ months in order to be tested so I would get off birth control now if you are worried.

Well in my country (U.K.) you can pay for a private check up any time you want. You don’t need to be married and you don’t need to wait. I think it only cost me about £150 at a private clinic but that was the ‘mini’ work up where they do a vaginal ultrasound and two blood tests across your cycle to test your AMH and FSH and check follicle count. 
They are more intensive tests but they were much more expensive.
