Would you call these contractions regular?

They are pretty painful. I've been having contractions now for several hours after a sweep.

Contractions are so weird um those of pretty consist in in their lasting for a minute which is good honestly  if u dont wanna be  freakin hospital just laboring really I would just wait until they get intense like cant talk intense and then go. Unless you're over an hour away from your hospital

I never had consistent contractions through my whole 24hr labor. So I would go more by how intense they are. If you've been having them for more than a few hours, I would call your doctor/midwife.
