Would you feel bad?

I made a complaint on McDonald's because its supposed to be 24hrs the one where I live nearby and it has been open at the time I went at the same time I'm complaining about. I complained that all the lights were on but when i went to drive thru nobody answered (2am and people were behind me) i decide to drive off and i see ALL the employees in the parking lot eating and chatting they clearly saw customers but didn't care. Idk if i should feel bad for complaining but like they being paid to work not take a break all at the same time.
