$14,000 in debt

I’m $14,000 in dent right now because social security overpaid me for disability FOR A WHOLE YEAR because they started paying me without making sure I was under the resource amount ($2000) and now, they want me to pay them back in FULL. I’m legally blind and can’t drive so I work at a daycare that is right across the street from my apartment. I get paid minimum wage and can’t afford to pay the whole $14000 on top of the rent and bills I have already. I don’t know what to do anymore. Any help would be appreciated
