To sex or not to sex. Help?!

Okay. Stupid topic title. But. I am not sexual enough for my BF and it really affecting my mood and esteem. And the more it lowers that the less I become. I think the last time we had sex was about over 3-4 months ago. What am I doing wrong in my life? He wants it. But I'm never in the mood. And I just plain don't want to. I don't want to be touched half the time. I want cuddles, but not at night. He only wants cuddles at night. And that's because he thinks he can get sex out of it. Help?!

I was/am the same since having 2 babies. I somewhat resolved it by having 'private sessions' with myself and then by just having sex with my husband even if I don't/didn't 'feel' like it. I found the more my body adjusted to sex again the more it wanted sex again. Sometimes we go a couple of weeks without then other weeks we have 2 or 3 nights of sex. Although this is how I resolved it, it may not be suitable for you and may not be an option you want to take, it was just a suggestion based on experience.

If you are on any sort of birth control or medication this could be the reason. 
If you want to try to fix it I suggest putting an effort in to have sex more. The longer our bodies go without it the less we crave it and want it. I’ve heard of research on this but never did my own homework might help to research it a bit.

If you’re feeling that he’s pressuring you into having sex even though you’ve told him you don’t want to, then you need to end it. He’s not worth the struggle. People are different and have different sexdrives and yours is just lower, which is totally normal.
