Call me crazy but does this look like teeth? Or those little cyst things?

They’ve been there for weeks and weeks now and haven’t gone.

Also, he’s been particularly fussy for the last few days - he cry’s and the only way to soothe him is the breast (he’s not hungry because he could have fed as little as 30 mins before. Usually he’ll go 2-3 hours at least.) Does that sound like teething?
