“What are we....”

Hello ladies so I’ve been talking to this man for about a month now and we’ve been on dates and I’ve slept at his house 2 times so far and I’m really afraid to ask him if we’re dating or not, I’m not sure if its to soon to ask that but we both told each other we want something serious so I don’t know if I should ask him “what are we” or should I just simply say “are we boyfriend and girlfriend” or should I wait a little bit more ? Things are great between us we get along perfectly and we just match energies,

It’s amazing and I don’t want to ruin anything...what should I do !?
