For those who have given birth, how did it go for you?

For those who have given birth, how did it go for you?  (Just curious, no one gets a trophy) 😁 Either spontaneous labor or induced labor with vaginal delivery or cesarean?  Or scheduled cesarean?

I had a spontaneous vaginal birth , but was given pitocin to speed up my dilation

Went into labor on my own, but had to have my water broken and then was stuck at 8cm for an hour so the gave me a tiny dose of pitocin to speed it up.

Went to the hospital for a scheduled version procedure (baby was breech) started have contractions and went from 3cm to 5 while I was waiting for the dr. Got admitted attempted the version (unsuccessful) ended up with a spontaneous c section.

Got induced. 18hour labor. 2 hours of pushing. Ended with forceps and stitches. Baby was stressed and the pain was so bad. Baby screamed for 3 days due to forceps headache. We got through it. It is much better now. Never goes to plan and it caught me off guard.  Don't have too many expectations.

Went to the hospital with contractions 5min apart. Was 4.5 cm dilated, 2 hours later I was 10cm and ended up having a natural birth(not by choice) since baby boy decided to come so fast.

I got induced at 39 weeks. They started the oxytocin 8 hours of labour and 5 minutes of pushing. My daughter was a natural birth and this one I had an epidural.. loveddddd the epidural lol

I went in for induction and didn’t make it through the night before I told them to stop and leave me alone. Baby was stubborn about monitoring throughout my entire pregnancy, so I’m not sure why they thought he’d change his mind and cooperate for the induction. The next morning when my OB came to see me, we scheduled a c-section.

My c-section was scheduled for August 30 but I ended up having it on August 29.

I had a cesarean scheduled for September 24th but my blood pressure was insane and baby was breech so they ended up spontaneously doing the cesarean on September 10th. The procedure went fine. I absolutely hated the nurse who prepped me. She was chomping gum right in my face. I got about 5 minutes of skin to skin before they took my baby to the NICU because they could hear his breathing wasn't right. He ended up having a hole in his lung and air was escaping. He was in the NICU for 7 days and is happily home with us now.

Induction. Vaginal. 41+1. Hemorrhaged and almost died in the room. Baby is safe and healthy though! Prayers for safe delivery of all the pregnant Momma's left!!
